URI Women's Rugby is a competitive women's rugby team that was established by students of the University of Rhode Island . Through their dedication and leadership, a club was created that is both highly respected and followed in the URI community. By becoming a part of this club, girls have learned the value of loyalty and hard work. Our athletes gain self-confidence on and off the pitch, as well as involvement in a club at a large university. Most importantly, we have established a sense of family through this club, and created life-long friends. 

This club has built itself up to a team that participates competitively in D-I Rugby. THERE IS NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY and everyone is welcome and encouraged to come try it out.
